Terms and Conditions – Akbar Open Gaming Platform

1. Eligibility

To register and use akbar open, you must meet the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The platform does not accept registrations from minors under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate registrations are not accepted for player accounts.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been banned from the platform.
• You must be using the platform for personal entertainment only, not for commercial or professional betting operations on behalf of a third party.

Akbar open reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address documents at any time. If satisfactory documents are not provided within a reasonable timeframe, the account may be restricted or closed. These checks are a normal part of maintaining a safe and responsible platform — not a personal inconvenience.

2. Account Registration

When you register an account with akbar open, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact number, and any other details requested during the registration process.

• One account only: Each individual may register one account. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is a breach of these terms and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• Account security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Never share your username or password with anyone else. Akbar open will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Accurate information: If any of your account details change — including your phone number or payment details — you must update them promptly. Providing false information at registration or at any later point is grounds for account closure.
• Account transfer: Your account is personal to you. It cannot be sold, transferred, or assigned to another individual.

3. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on akbar open are processed in PKR (Pakistani rupees). We accept the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and debit or credit card.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary depending on the payment method used. Check the deposit page for current limits.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank.
• Akbar open does not charge fees on standard PKR deposits, though your payment provider may have their own transaction charges.
• Funds deposited are for gaming purposes only. Depositing money and immediately requesting a withdrawal without meaningful gameplay activity may be flagged as suspicious and subject to review.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification. Akbar open aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, though processing times may vary.

• You must complete any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds before withdrawing. Withdrawing bonus-linked funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC, a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa account, or other supporting documents.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. The applicable minimums are shown on the withdrawal page.
• Akbar open reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Akbar open offers a range of bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback deals, and seasonal promotions tied to cricket events like PSL and T20 internationals. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Wagering requirements: Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Validity period: Bonuses expire after a set number of days. Any unused bonus funds or incomplete wagering at expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. Akbar open reserves the right to exclude any account from bonus eligibility if there is evidence of bonus abuse, irregular betting patterns, or breach of these terms.
• No cash alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for PKR or transferred to another account.
• PSL and cricket promotions: Seasonal promotions tied to Pakistan Super League matches or international cricket series are subject to their own additional terms published at the time of the promotion.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on akbar open are subject to the rules specific to each product — sports betting, slots, and fish games each operate under their own set of game mechanics and payout structures.

• Sports betting: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Akbar open reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of an obvious pricing error, a data feed failure, or where match integrity concerns arise.
• Cricket and PSL: Match result bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board. Weather-affected matches, Duckworth-Lewis results, and super overs will be settled according to the specific rules for each market.
• In-play betting: Live bet acceptance is subject to system availability and may be suspended during critical match moments. Bets accepted during a suspension window by technical error will be voided.
• Slots and fish games: All outcomes are determined by certified random number generation. Historical results have no bearing on future outcomes. Return-to-player percentages are published for each game where applicable.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products. Attempting to place bets above the stated maximum will result in the stake being reduced to the permitted maximum.
• Technical malfunctions: In the event of a verifiable technical fault that affects a game round or bet settlement, akbar open reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

11. Limitation of Liability

• Indirect, consequential, or speculative losses of any kind arising from the use of the platform.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or banking institutions.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence on akbar open's part.

12. Changes to These Terms
